KIMBERLY CONLEY
OWNER & CO-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In the past 15 years, Kimberly has judged local and state pageants and has also served on the board of the Miss Jefferson County Scholarship Organization. Kimberly has spent countless hours conducting mock interviews with local preliminarily winners to compete at the next level. Kimberly is a graduate of Bellarmine University with a degree in Communication and the University of Louisville with a Master’s in Human Resource Education. Kimberly recently earned a certificate in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace from the University of South Florida, has a certificate in Personal Development Coaching and has completed her certification in Executive Leadership from the CAPP Institute. She is currently a Global Leadership Facilitator with 29 years of experience in Customer Service, Instructional Design and facilitating foundational and advanced leadership workshops.

SARAH WISE-WHEATLEY
OWNER & CO-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
A Louisville native, Sarah has been with her company for 11 years as the VP of Marketing & Brand Image. Prior to this, Sarah was the Executive Director of JAMwear, a Varsity Spirit Merchandise Company. She also spent 6 years as a Senior Designer in the Global Design Group for Brown-Forman. Throughout her career she has received several local, regional and national awards in design. Sarah started both Classic American Miss and Miss National Star, later passing these organizations over to a new Director so that she could focus more on her family and community service. A MAO certified judge, Sarah was a member of the Miss Jefferson County Organization from 2013-2020, Sarah enjoys helping queens reach their full potential. Sarah has held a few titles throughout the years including 2015 Mrs. Kentucky Plus America.

TODD BRATCHER
OWNER & CO-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Todd Bratcher a lifelong native of South Central Kentucky has been part of the MKV for two years, but recently joined as Co-Director. When asked what Todd is most looking forward to in his new role, Todd response was - “I’m so excited to partner with Sarah and Kimberly in our new roles and take the MKV organization to a whole new level. I not only want to increase our production level, but work hard to grow our scholarships, award packages, special appearances and all the fun activities for our Queens throughout their reign. I’m also eager to get started in our partnership with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital! It is just one of the many ways we as an organization plan to give back to the state in which we reside. But most importantly our presence on the National Stage at Miss Volunteer America.”
Todd takes the wheel in event design and production, sponsorships, and special events when it comes to pageant day. Todd has been a part of musical and theater production for over 20 years. With productions of cast members ranging from 10 to over 100, Todd is prepared to help our contestants shine on stage! Todd has also been very involved with fundraising efforts with the St Jude Children’s Research Hospitals Dream Home Give Away. Todd has worked with three different Dream Home campaigns and understands personally the importance of partnering with St Jude.

ERICA GROSSBERG
TITLEHOLDER PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR
Erica has many years of pageant experience (in all aspects of pageantry). She has been teaching for 17 years and is currently in her 8th year at Ballard High School, where she teaches Spanish. She and her husband, Daniel, a State Representative elect for the KY House District 30, reside in Louisville.

RON BURSE
COMMUNITY LIAISON
Ron is Director of Volunteer Engagement with Dare to Care Food Bank. He leads the overall volunteer operation for the food bank connecting individuals and groups with meaningful experiences to help our neighbors in need. His previous experience in higher education afforded the opportunity to work in Louisville, KY, Normal, IL, Asheville, NC, and Highland Heights, KY at universities of all types and sizes. Ron created an internship program at the University of Louisville connecting students and employers with experiential learning opportunities. At the heart of all he does, Ron seeks to be a connector helping people unlock their best selves and strengthen our community.
